Jerry Yamenfeld, better known as Jerbear, is a slightly insane 20-year F&B’r who decided to create a magazine just for industry people. From NYC and having lived in amazing places like Las Vegas, Charleston, and Hawaii, he’s seen it all. Alongside his loyal dog, Nova, and his 15-year-old son, Kasey, who just started working at Chick-fil-A, he navigates this crazy journey. Former club promoter, self-taught graphic designer, and way-too-honest (shitty) writer, his passion for the industry drove him to create something just for the hardworking F&B professionals.
