The Avocado Yojimbo

Jack of most trades, Mastering none, Bryan Morales (The Avocado Yojimbo) has worked in the culinary world since his teen days, flipping burgers at Shore Lanes in Neptune, NJ. A 4-time World Food Championships alumni, he works as a Super Chef for Sam's Club, doing live demonstrations in the NJ/PA area. When he is not doing that, he is usually at his "culinary playground", Carr High Cafe, or at home with his family.
